Driver App — Your Manifest

See only the students on your own route. Start a run, complete it, report incidents.

Sign in

Open the Pinnova driver app on your phone. Sign in with the username + one-time password your dispatcher sent you. Change your password on first login (Settings → Password).

Your manifest

The Manifest tab shows the students assigned to your current dispatch. For each student:

• Name + grade
• Stop ID
• Pickup time
• Route ID

You only see your own route. You can't see other drivers' routes or students from other districts.

Run workflow

1. Pre-trip — tap Start Pre-Trip, log bus condition (DVIR).
2. Start Run — switches dispatch status to running, starts GPS.
3. Drive the route. Parents see your live location.
4. Complete Run when back at the lot. Status → completed.

Reporting incidents

Tap Report Incident for:

• Breakdown / mechanical — dispatcher gets paged, covers your route.
• Traffic delay — parents see the delay automatically.
• Student issue — behavior, no-show, left behind at stop.

Offline behavior

The driver app keeps working offline. Manifest is cached locally. Incident reports and status updates queue and sync when you're back on network.

FERPA

Don't share your manifest or take screenshots. Student rosters are education records protected by FERPA. Every time you open a manifest, your view is logged for audit purposes.
