$150 per active bus, per month. That's the whole price — no user seats, no add-on modules. Ten buses = $1,500/mo. Fifty = $7,500/mo. Billed monthly by Stripe.
A bus row in your fleet with status other than Retired or Decommissioned. Parked, in-shop, down — all still count. The number is locked for the month on the 1st.

Admin → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel plan. You keep access through the end of the month you already paid for. Your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted (FERPA retention override: audit logs retained 7 years separately).
